Personal DP removal cons have limited uses. Maybe if you are solo farming or you PUG, then they can be of some help.

If you use heroes, as would be most cases now, some of your heroes would likely have a higher DP than you because of their limited AI and heroes cannot use personal DP removal cons.

Actually Seal of the Empire is even worse than 1 pumpkin cookie! At least 1 pumpkin cookie has 1 sweet point and can be used for the Thackeray scavenger hunt. I wonder how many players are going to opt for the other 2 choices, instead of the lockbox.
